Corissa began her career in Residential Real Estate Appraisal in 2004 in the Sacramento area. In 2005, she moved her business to San Luis Obispo, Calofirnia then in 2021 moved back to the Sacramento area. She continues to provide valuable insight to her clients in terms of current, retrospective and prospective market analysis of residential real property.


Currently she covers Placer County and portions of Sacramento and El Dorado Counties.


Corissa is a Certified Residential Appraiser that is approved with many large and small lenders, banks, Credit Unions, financial institutions, has provided expert testimony through litigation and is proud to be an FHA approved appraiser.
